Opening hours

Most clinics open 9am to 6pm on weekdays and 9am to 5pm at weekends. Hours differ between clinics and on public holidays, so please call ahead. Walk-ins are accepted for dental emergencies.

How to book

1. Call or WhatsApp with your preferred clinic, date and treatment.
2. We confirm the appointment and send the clinic address.
3. Arrive 10 minutes early with your identity card and any medication list.

Out-of-hours emergencies

If you have facial swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, bleeding that will not stop, or a serious injury to the face or jaw outside clinic hours, go to the nearest hospital emergency department. For other urgent dental problems, message us on WhatsApp and the first available clinic will contact you when it opens. Our emergency dental care page explains what to do in the meantime.

Good to know

• Cancellations: please give at least 24 hours' notice so the slot can be offered to another patient.
• Panels and insurance: many clinics accept corporate panel cards and insurance guarantee letters; confirm with the clinic when booking.
• Languages: our teams speak Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin and other Chinese dialects, and Tamil at many locations.
• Children: a parent or guardian must accompany patients under 18.
