Checkup, X-Rays & Consultation

At our clinic, we conduct a thorough dental examination and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and concerns. We advise regular dental checkups twice a year to catch any issues early and provide prompt treatment.

Scaling & Polishing

This is a routine procedure that removes tartar and surface stains from teeth, promoting healthy gums and preventing gum disease.

Filling

This quick and simple procedure involves removing the decayed portion of the toot and filling the cavity with a tooth-colored filling. Early detection of tooth decay allows for easy treatment before more complicated procedures are necessary.

Wisdom Tooth Removal

Wisdom teeth can often become impacted, which can lead to a range of dental problems such as decay, gum infections, and even cysts around the teeth and surrounding structures. If you experience pain or swelling around your gums, this may be a sign that your wisdom tooth is impacted and needs to be removed. Our team can provide safe and effective removal of impacted wisdom teeth to help protect your dental health.

Root Canal Treatment

This procedure is designed to save a damaged or decayed tooth, usually resulting from trauma or injury. We may perform one or more dental visits to remove the infection and prevent the need for extraction.

Dentures

We provide a variety of high-quality denture options to meet your specific needs. If you are missing some or all of your teeth, dentures can be a great option to replace them.

General Dental Services FAQ

Why do we need to remove Wisdom Tooth?

  • Prevention of decay
When wisdom teeth do not grow out straight, food traps will occur between the wisdom tooth and the tooth next to it. With food traps, decay and gum disease can affect the tooth next to the wisdom tooth. Early removal of the wisdom tooth can prevent the loss of the tooth next to the wisdom tooth.
  • Prevention of pain and swelling
Food traps between the wisdom tooth and the next tooth can lead to infection. With infection, patients often experience severe pain and swelling.

How long is the Recovery Period after Wisdom Tooth Surgery?

  • In general, you will be able to eat normally after 2-3 days. You may experience mild pain and swelling of the face for a few days.

What are the Benefit OF Dental Implant?

  • Allow you to speak, eat, and smile naturally
  • Look, fit, and function like natural teeth
  • Eliminate the use of ill-fitting denture
  • All-on-4 implants procedure is able to replace all your missing teeth in the upper or lower jaw.

Am I Suitable for Dental Implants?

  • Most patients are suitable candidates for implant treatment. Our advice is to have a thorough examination, including 3-dimensional x-rays. It is not advisable to proceed with implant treatment without first having a detailed discussion with your dentist.

Will the Dental Implant Surgery be Painful?

  • Dental implant surgeries are generally pain-free. In fact, most of our patients do not need painkillers beyond the second day.

How long is an Implant Surgery?

  • In most cases, implant surgeries can be completed within 60 minutes.

What is the purpose of removing wisdom teeth?

Removing an impacted or food-impacted wisdom tooth can prevent decay of adjacent teeth, including the wisdom tooth itself. In cases where it's difficult to clean, removal may be necessary if signs of gum inflammation, infection, or swelling are present.

What is the typical recovery time after wisdom tooth surgery?

It can take up to 2 weeks to recover from the surgery for having your wisdom tooth removed.

During this time, you may have:

· A swollen mouth and cheeks - this will be worse for the first few days but will gradually improve; gently pressing a cold cloth to your face helps reduce the swelling.
· Some mild visible bruising of your cheek - the skin may be bruised for up to 2 weeks.
· A stiff, sore jaw - this should wear off within 7 to 10 days.
· Pain - this is worse if the extraction was difficult or complicated.
· An unpleasant taste in your mouth.
